Julie Brams, M.A., LMFT, LPCC
Individual and Couples Therapist
Julie Brams, M.A. is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#MFT35574) and eco-psychologist serving the San Fernando Valley since 1992. Julie works with both individuals and couples teaching them how to overcome the past and present challenges that stop them from feeling fulfilled in their lives.
Her therapy work is based on the practice of Mindfulness and supports the mind’s natural ability to heal. She is also trained in using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) as adjuncts to traditional therapy. These techniques are particularly helpful in resolving traumatic experiences that may be the underlying cause of current anxiety, depression, addictive behavior and painful relationship patterns.
